How and when does information get sent to members?

- The Saturday Racing Preview is sent to members each Friday (anywhere from 8am to 3pm)
- The Raceday/Scratchings Update is sent to members by 11:00am AEST of race morning
- The Weekly Review is sent to members by 6pm Monday

Can I cancel or re-join anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can cancel or re-purchase a Wintelligence membership at any time. We are a cancel anytime, no lock in contracts service. If you would like to cancel or re-purchase a Wintelligence membership you can do so via our website. Simply sign in with your email and password and cancel / re-join within the members area. Once a membership is cancelled, you will never be charged again, until you re-purchase a subscription.

What races do we cover?

We cover every race of the three main QLD, NSW and Victoria metropolitan meetings every Saturday of the year. This typically includes 28-30 races each Saturday across 3 tracks across Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne.

We also cover the entirety of Melbourne Cup week (all 4 days) plus Bonus Group 1 meetings such as the South Australian May carnival, and the Friday Night Moonee Valley Group 1 meetings during spring.

We cover ~71 Group 1s and 400+ group/listed races each and every year.

How are our results recorded/staked?

We do not provide members with specific staking or betting advice, however to track the long term consistency of the Wintelligence service, we keep our results recording process very simple.

We provide a Top Pick every race which is the only selection included in our results. Every race is recorded regardless of confidence levels. We simply allocate 1 'Unit' per Top Pick (our top selection in every race) and 3 'Units' per Best Bet (our three to four highest confidence Top Picks each day of tipping) regardless of the confidence ratings outlined on our Saturday Racing Preview. This tracking method is reflected in our full results document and is how we obtain the 'Units Profit' figure outlined on our website.

These 'units' are in no way quantifiable or related to any specific monetary value and are simply a measurement tool to depict the consistency of the Wintelligence service.

Members do not receive any betting advice, and Wintelligence is not liable for any decisions you make based on any of the services, information or guidance provided, and any consequences, as a result, are your own.

How much does the service cost?

We offer weekly, monthly and yearly payment cycles. All members receive the same information every week regardless of payment cycle.

Our weekly plan costs $22.95 per week

Our monthly plan costs $89.95 per month
which works out at $20.75 per week

Our yearly plan costs $950 per year
which works out at $18.25 per week

Do we ever have a week off?

As a Wintelligence VIP member you can have full confidence that every week of the year we will analyse the full Saturday of racing and our tips will land in your inbox by 3pm Friday. No ifs or buts.

Question 8

Wintelligence refund policy

Accepted Answer

If you have received the week/month/year worth of information you have paid for, you are not eligible for a refund.

If you are on a Yearly subscription and opt to cancel early, you will be eligible for a 50% refund of remaining weekly credit minus GST, taxes and transaction fees we have paid on your yearly subscription.

Wintelligence does not provide any betting advice, and Wintelligence is not liable for any decisions you make based on any of the services, information or guidance provided, and any consequences, as a result, are your own. Therefore, once you receive the information you have paid for, you are not eligible for a refund beyond that point.
